There you need to go to a registration website. It generates a unique number which you need to copy to your other computer. For this 2nd way you would press on "Generate". There is theoretical another way by using a separate computer when the actual computer has no Internet. Sometimes not all model-specific functions are initialized correctly if you reload the plane only. But I would recommend to restart X-Plane. After the successful activation you need to reload the plane (menu: developers -> reload aircraft). You need of course a working Internet connection then.
